Wednesday July 6th - 6:30 at the Windle's house

Hello friends,
We hope you all had a safe and enjoyable Fourth of July celebration, and that those lucky ones who get today off are enjoying it to the fullest.
This week we're planning for the 90 degree weather by having panzanella salad, which requires almost no cooking on the stove or in the oven. If you're unfamiliar with panzznella, it's a delicious combination of bread, tomatoes and mozzarella primarily. Think of a caprese salad wih bread and a few other things in it. Also think delicious.
To round out the meal, we could use:
fruit or vegetable side
perhaps another salad or two - caesar, chop, egg, potato, something else?
