Hello friends,
It is with mixed emotions that I declare it is time to begin the fall/winter cooking season of soups and stews. What on earth happened to summer this year?
This week we'll be having a Moroccan chicken stew. We could use:
White or brown cooked rice (we'll need quite a bit!)
Fruit or vegetable side (this carrot recipe accompanied the chicken stew recipe on tv)
Salad or vegetable side
Drinks
We look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday! And, in case you forgot to sign up to volunteer for Compassion Tigard, you can do so here.
Kristen and I will be there. We can do rice, but how much do you want?
