Wednesday, November 9th - Fakesgiving!

Hi friends, This week we'll be having our 2nd Annual Fakesgiving* Celebration! We'll enjoy each others' company and some good food, and remind ourselves of all we have to be thankful for. Everyone should bring a dish (or two!) that is sentimental to them, a family tradition, or a new recipe you want to try. Please post your pick so we don't end up with 3 pumpkin pies. If anyone wants to prepare a protein (turkey, ham, turducken?), please let us know no later than Sunday. We'll get back in town on Monday and I'll go grocery shopping then. Directions to our house can be found on the right side of the page, and if you're new to the group, just comment below to let us know that you're coming. We'll look forward to seeing everyone at 6:30 on Wednesday! *Special thanks go to Kristen Helton for coining the term Fakesgiving!

  1. Windles are making a ham and cauliflower side dish. Don't be scared of cauliflower!
