This week we're having make-your-own cobb salad, courtesy of the Lannings. They'll cover the lettuce, eggs, carrots and grilled chicken. We could use the following:
chopped vegetables, such as snap peas, tomatoes (Windles), onions, bell peppers, avocados, etc.
diced cheese - Windles
bacon pieces - Windles
fruit or veg side
bread/rolls/some other carb
an assortment of salad dressings - maybe everyone could bring what's already in their fridge? Should be interesting to see the choices!
